Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++ Four tubes of choice. I used the artwork of Suzanne Wolcott and you can get her work HERE

++Cluster frame by me that I made using the kit “The Hippo Song” You can get to Gina’s blog HERE to check out the kit and to my scrap blog HERE to get the cluster frame

++ Mask of choice

Open a new canvas of 800x800, transparent. Remember you can resize later.

Next open the cluster frame, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize it and adjust as you like.

Back to the transparent layer, we’re going to flood fill with a gradient. Change your foreground and background colors to complimenting colors, and then change the foreground color to the gradient. I set the repeat to 1 and flood filled.
Now go to blur>Gaussian blur and figure out what setting you want it to be…..any setting you are happy with is fine. Now go to effects>distortion and set it to twirl. Pick whatever setting you like. Add your mask of choice.

Then open your tubes, each one copy and paste behind the frame. Use your magic wand tool in the opening, go to selections, modify expand (I think by 10) and on the tube layer go to selections, invert. Hit the delete key on the tube layer. Go to selections none. Use your eraser tool for any stray pixels. Repeat it for the three openings on the tube. Add a final tube to the left hand side of the frame and adjust as you want.

Don’t forget your copyrights and tagger markings as well as license number! Save and you are done!

It's Like Totally Rad! PTU

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++ Tube and close up of choice. I used the work of Lix and You can purchase her work currently at PSP Tubes Emporium

++Scrap kit of choice, I used the cute kit Totally Rad by Tasha of Tasha’s Playground

++Bitch-a-rama template by Kandi and Dee can be found here
++Fonts of your choice. I used one called Porcelin
++Plug ins-Xero, Radiance (optional for close up)
-Xero, Porcelin
-Penta.com Jeans
-penta.com, color dot and cross
-Eye candy 4000 gradient glow

**NOTE ADD DROP SHADOWS OF YOUR CHOOSING AS YOU LIKE! AND SAVE AS YOU GO!
Open several of the papers you’d like to use! Minimize them for later.

Open your template in PSP. Here’s the fun part! We’re going to delete layers (you can choose to leave them if you want, but for my purposes I’m deleting it) delete all the word art and shadows and also the dots and dashes.
Next go to the bottom template layer, go to selections, float, then selections defloat. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of the paper. Repeat this process WITH THE EXCEPTION of the circle layers and the three tall rectangle layers that are horizontal.

On the circle layers and the rectangle layers, flood fill with your choice of gradient. What I did was choose two colors from the papers. One in the foreground and background, then changed the top one to the gradient. You can choose the angle, to whatever you like. On those three layers, flood fill with the gradient. On the circle layers, add the gradient glow of your choosing.

Next open the flame you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer then move it to the right side and just above the bottom layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the star cluster you like resize it, copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left and move above the circle layer. Duplicate, then image, mirror , then image, flip.

Now comes the fun part with the tubes! Open your first tube, crop it so that you only have half of it. Copy and paste it as a new layer and resize it. Move it to below the left rectangle frame and to the left of it. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror, and adjust it some so it looks the same. Merge down one layer. Then use your plug in, penta.com color dot and whatever setting you like. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Merge down one layer. Then on the gradient layer, go to selections, float, then selections, defloat. On the tube layer, go to selections, invert and hit the delete key. Go to selections none. Then change the blend mode to luminance legacy. One down few more to go!
On the middle vertical layer, copy and paste the scatter that has stars and circles. Go back to the rectangle layer, go to selections, float then selections defloat. Back to the scatter layer and go to selections defloat, then selections invert. Hit the delete key. Go to selections none.

Open the star bling. Keep it as it is on its own layer as you opened it. Add a gradient glow that you like. Open your next tube, then resize it and copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the star. Adjust it so the tube covers the whole star area. Note that I used the boobie area lol. Go to your plug in, Xero porcelain and whatever setting you like. Then use your plug in penta.com, jeans and set at the setting you like. Copy and paste the tube again. Shrink it down and move it to the outer points like I did. Adjust it as you like. Add your porcelain plug in again. Using your magic wand tool again, click inside the star and go to selections, float and then selections defloat, go to selections invert. Go to each tube layer and hit the delete key. Go to selections none, when you are done. Merge everything. Copy and paste as a new layer into your main canvas. Move it below the center rectangle layer and adjust as needed.
Then open the heart border. Copy and paste as a new layer, and move it just above the long vertical rectangle layer.
Next open your next tube! Crop it, I only used the face. Copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust where you like it on the circle. Go to your plug in, xero, radiance and set it to what you like. Now go to effects, texture, weave. I just did the default setting .Play with it and figure out what setting you want! Then on the circle layers (the gradient) go to selections, float, selections, defloat. Then on the first tube layer go to selections, invert and hit the delete key. Do the same on the other tube layer. Go to selections none. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy.

Now open your next tube. Copy and paste as a new layer and move it below the center rectangle frame. Use your plug in, xero, porcelain. Then use your plug in penta.com, dot and cross at the setting you like! On the gradient level, go to selections, float then selections, defloat. On the tube layer go to selections, invert and hit the delete key. Go to selections none.
Almost done!

Next open the bear, then copy and paste on either side of the bottom of the frame. Then add the paper flower that you like to the upper top corners.

Add your text, copyrights, license info, and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Sting FB Cover FTU NO Scraps!

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++ Tubes of choice or the ones I used, which is “Sting” by James Adams and can be found at AIL Note you MUST have a valid license to use.

++My Template which you can get HERE

++Plug ins: Muera Meister Copies

**NOTE ADD DROP SHADOWS OF YOUR CHOOSING AS YOU LIKE! AND SAVE AS YOU GO!

Open a new canvas, transparent and the dimensions of 850 x 315. Flood fill with your choice of color or gradient. I used a red and black gradient that I felt would compliment the tube. Now go to effects, texture effects, texture and set it to what texture you like. I personally used Brick Wall.

Then open up your template, copy and paste as a new layer. Yes it may just overlap a little, that’s ok. Change the color of the template to what you like. You can flood fill it or use your manual correction button. Go to selections, float, selections, defloat. Then to selections, modify, expand by 6. Add a new raster layer and flood fill it with the color or gradient of your choosing. I used a gold gradient. Go to selections none. Add the noise effect by going to adjust, add/remove noise. Move this layer below the template layer.

Open up your tube in PSP. I used a tube that had several close ups with it. My suggestion is do that if you can! Copy and paste the biggest close up and paste it as a new layer into your canvas. Feel free to resize it if you need to. Then go to your plug in, muera meister copies and set it to tile (angle) set the Number to 3 and both shifts to 50. Go to the template layer and go to selections, float, and selections defloat. On the angled tube layer go to selections, invert then hit the delete key on your keyboard. Go to selections, none.

Now go to effects, texture effects, blinds and set it what you like. Make sure that horizontal is unchecked. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy. It should look pretty cool now!

Next draw out a long rectangle in the coordinating color you did for the back ground. Make it so it ‘s kind of centered. Add your text and merge down. Duplicate it then rotate it so it goes across the X’s. Angle the other one you did too. Now it should look like a big X. Change the blend modes to luminance legacy.

We’re going to add the tubes now. Use another close up tube and copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left side, where you see the diamond opening. Duplicate the tube and move it below the template layer, but above the gold one. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the area on the first template layer. Go to the bottom tube layer and go to selections, invert and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Go to selections, none. Now on the top tube layer, and using your eraser tool, erase the parts of the tube you don’t want seen outside of that diamond area. You’re making it look like the person is popping out of the diamond. Repeat this process for the opposite side.

Then add your tube of choice to the middle of the canvas. Adjust as needed. Add your copyrights and licensing information. Save this as a PSP image as it is. Once saved merge visible.
Go to selections, select all then go to selections, modify, selection borders. Set it for 5, and add a new raster layer. Flood fill it with the choice of color or gradient. Add the noise of your choosing. Go to selections none. Add any more text and save! Thank you for trying out my tutorial!

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++ Tubes of choice or the ones I used, which is by Lix and called “Mew” and “mirta” andyou can find them at PSP Tubes Emporium HERE and Here You must have a valid license to use these tubes. Please be mindful of copyrights!

++Scrap kit of choice, I used a FTU one called “Death Becomes Her” by me, Wicked Princess Scraps and can be found on my scraps blog HERE

++Template Twisted T, which can be found on the Pimpin’ PSPers blog HERE

++Plug ins: Eye candy 400 gradient gloss

++Fonts of your choice. I used Americana

**NOTE ADD DROP SHADOWS OF YOUR CHOOSING AS YOU LIKE! AND SAVE AS YOU GO!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

First open the banner template for the forum set.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. On the arrows layers, use a gradient that is complimentary to your tube. For example, I used dark purple and black. And the repeat was set at I think 4.

On the bottom circle frame layer, add a glitter…go to adjust, add/remove noise and set it to what you want. I did a random one.

Then open up one of your tubes. For example I used the Mirta tube. Using the close up (if you have one) copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to just above the arrow layers. Adjust it where you like it. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust if you need to. Go back to the first one. With it activated go to effects, textures, blinds. I used the default setting it was already set to. Click ok. Do it again, but either check or uncheck horizontal (which ever is the opposite of what you had) and click ok. Do this for the opposite one too.
Back to activating the first close up layer (for me this was the left. I work from left to right lol) and go to the arrow right below it. Go to selections, float, selections defloat then edit clear. Now selections none. You should have the close up in the shape of the arrow. Do the same for the opposite arrow. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy.

Now we’re going to add the flames! Open up your flames elements from the kit. Copy and paste it as a new layer above the arrow layers. Adjust it and resize as you like it. Add a soft gradient glow, I chose white. Now activiate the bottom circle layers frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, invert. Click on the frames layer and then go to edit, clear. Now selections, none. The flames should look like they’re coming up out of the frame layer and onto the arrows.

With this layer still activated, change the blend mode to luminance legacy. It should take on the appearance of the arrow layers some. Look at mine to make sure that’s what it looks like. Make adjustments as you like!
Now open up the main tube you are using, in my case, Mew. I used the close up once again. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the top circle frame layer. Adjust it where you want it to be. We’re going to make her look like she’s popping out of the frame. Duplicate it and move it above the circle frame layer. On the frame layer use your magic wand tool and click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand by two. Now click on the bottom tube layer (in the layers palette) and go to selections invert, then edit, clear. On your top tube layer, erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame layer. For example, I removed her lower half.

Next add the teddy bear to either side of the tube, to where it’s facing in. Add the skulls to the top of the arrows at an angle.

Don’t forget your copyright information. You can notice that I used a pixel font on mine and the color white. What I did was add it to the top of the tube layer and lowered the opacity so it didn’t take away from the set but it could be seen as well.

Follow the similar steps for the avvy!

Add any text you want, save as a png and you’re done!

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++ Tube of choice or the one I used, which is one by Alicia Mujica called "Don't stop the music" and you can find her work at PTE. Note you must have a valid license in order to use it!

++Scrap kit of choice, I used a FTU one called “her teenage rebellion” by Scrap Rebellion and you can find it here

++Template by Tami at Addictive pleasures. It’s the one that says “ I am more than just unique” and it’s the second one down in this post HERE

++Plug ins: Penta.com dot and cross

++Fonts of your choice. I used Americana and Teckton Pro

Open the circle skulls frame. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to one layer above the bottom square layers. Move it to the upper left. Then duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Then Image flip. Adjust it as you may need to. I moved mine just a bit until I was happy with it.

Open up your tube of choice. I used one that had a close up as well. Copy and paste the close up as a new layer. Move it below the small square frame layers. I started with the left and moved it to where I liked it. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassian blur and blur it at level 3.00. The on your blend mode, change it to overlay. Merge down one layer. Now I used the plug in, penta.com, dot and cross. I just set it at any random setting. Click ok and then go to your rectangle layer that is below the close up layer. Go to selections, float, selections, defloat then click on the close up layer. Go to selections, invert. Back to the bottom rectangle layer go to selections, float, selections, defloat and then flood fill it with a gradient to match. What I did was change the foreground color to the teal looking color and the background to black. Then when I pulled up the gradient options, I set it to the foreground gradient option and set it to repeat I think on 4. Back to the close up layer, change the blend mode to lumincance legacy.

Next on the frame layers for the rectangle (above the close up layer) I changed the color and added noise. It’s up to you if you want to do that!

Open your regular tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center, between the frame layers. Adjust as needed.

Now open the swirl with the stars on it. Resize it. Copy and paste as a new layer. Go to image, free rotate and rotate to 90 degrees to the right. Move this to just above the frame layers but below the tube layer. Move it and adjust. I moved mine so it looked like the tops ended right be tubes head and right behind the bum. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust some more if you need to.

Next I opened two of the little flowers I liked. Copy and paste one onto the other, and layer them as you like. When you’ve got a layered flower, copy merged, and paste as a new layer. Place them where you like, or where you see I did. Up to you!

Then open up the star wave. Resize and copy and paste as a new layer so it rests at the end of the tube.
Open the ipod, resize then copy and paste as a new layer and move to the right of the star wave. Angle it to the left a bit. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Then move it to towards the top of the right frame. Add a skull to the upper right corner of the right frame and the bottom left of the left frame.

Add your copyrights, tagger markings, and licensing information. Add your words of choice also!

Open a canvas of 800x800 and make sure it has a transparent background. Remember we can resize this later.
Next open the large wooden frame you like. I used frame 3 and resized it when I pasted it to the new canvas. So copy and paste the frame into your new canvas. Resize as you like it.

Now open the paper of your choosing. I used paper 1 because it gave me a “scene”. Copy and paste as a new layer and move it below the frame. Adjust it and resize as you like it so it shows the scene you like. Click on the frame layer and activate your magic wand tool. Click inside the frame and go to selections, modify, expand by 10. Back to the paper layer go to selections, invert then edit, clear. The selections, none. Now you have a nice new scene!
Then open the purple mushroom cluster. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer below the frame layer. Place it somewhere in the bottom center of the frame. Adjust it as you like.

Now open your tube of choice. I used the second close up of the fairy, and copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to where you like, I move it to the right of the frame. Once you are happy with the placement, duplicate it then move one below the frame layer. Go back to the frame layer, and activate your magic wand tool. Click inside the frame and go to selections, modify, expand by ten. Then back to the bottom tube layer, go to selections, invert. Hit the delete key or go to edit, clear. Go to selections none. Back to the top tube layer, activate your eraser brush and remove the parts of the tube you don’t’ want seen outside the frame. To make it look like it’s “popping” out!
Open up the ivy branches, which is leaves 1. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer just above the frame layer. Yes still below the top tube layer. Move to the upper right of the frame. You may need to resize it again some. Adjust as you like. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image flip.

Then open the snail stand and resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the frame. You may need to adjust and resize it some.

Next open up the pond, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom of the snail stand in the lower left corner of the frame.

Add the book to overlap the pond.

Now add a new raster layer and move it to the bottom of the layers so it’s below even the scene paper. Flood fill with your choice of color or paper and add your mask of choice!

Add your text, copyrights, tagger markings. Thank you for trying my tutorial!

Supplies Needed:

++Fonts of your choice. I can’t remember what I used! LOL

**NOTE ADD DROP SHADOWS OF YOUR CHOOSING AS YOU LIKE! AND SAVE AS YOU GO!

Open a canvas of 800x800 and make sure it has a transparent background. Remember we can resize this later.

Start out by opening the triple rectangle frame. copy and paste as a new layer. Using your magic wand tool click inside the first frame and go to selections, modify, expand to 6. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with the paper of your choosing. Go to selections none, and move this layer to the bottom. Do this for the other two frames. I used the same paper for both sides and a different one for the center.

Next you are going to use your rectangle tool. In the materials palette change it to the paper you want. Now using your rectangle tool, activate a new layer below the rectangle frame and in the left hand frame draw out a small square. About half way down from the top to the middle. convert it to a raster layer and then duplicate it and move it to the right frame to the bottom right. The reason for this is we're going to give a new effect to your tubes!

Open your first tube, copy and paste as a new layer into the left frame. Move below the frame layer and then crop as needed. on your frame layer click inside the frame with the magic wand tool, go to selections float, selections defloat then click on the tube layer and go to selections, invert then hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.

Repeat this process for the right side rectangle. Now on the left one, change the blend mode to luminance legacy. See how it gives a cool effect to the tube? now do the same thing for the one on the right.

Using the next tube you like, follow the process for the last tubes, but in the center one. I chose to duplicate mine and mirror so they were looking at each other. You can do what you like!

Now use your rectangle tool and draw out a thin rectangle in the color white. Convert it to a raster layer and move it over the center of the frames. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy. Add the text you like! I used an inner bevel on mine and a slight drop shadow.

Next open your glitter platter and music notes. Resize as needed then copy and paste as new layers and move them to the bottom of the materials palette. Move them towards the top of the frames though. Duplicate then for each go to image, mirror, then image flip.

Open the stars wave, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Go to edit, free rotate and rotate 90 degrees. Move to the right side of the frame and then duplicate it and move to the left hand side.

Then open up your guitar of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Rotate it so that it looks like it's upside down and angled towards the left Move it to the left of the center rectangle frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Now open the keyboards, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to on the side of the center frame. Adjust it so they overlap and look like they are coming out of the frame.

Next open the ticket, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the center frame. Duplicate it and angle them.

Add a flower to the bottom left hand corner of the rectangle frame and the disco ball on top of it.

Add your last tube where you like it. I moved it to h right of the center frame. add the word art you like.

Don't forget your copyrights, license number and tagger markings!

Save and your done.

**NOTE ADD DROP SHADOWS OF YOUR CHOOSING AS YOU LIKE! AND SAVE AS YOU GO!

Open a canvas of 800x800 and make sure it has a transparent background. Remember we can resize this later.

Open the paper you like. Copy and paste it as a new layer onto your canvas. Add your mask of choice by going to layers>load/save mask and then load mask from disk and pick the mask you want to use. Remember to merge the group by right clicking on the layer palette, the top mask layer and click on merge group.

Now open the frame of your choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections>modify>expand by 3 and click ok. Add a new raster layer and then flood fill your choice of paper. Go to selections>none and then move this layer below the frame layer.

Next open spider web you like. I used the one with the skinnier webs. Resize if needed then copy and paste as a new layer below the circle frame layer.
Now open your tube of choice, and resize it if you need to. Move it to the right of your frame. Duplicate then move it below the frame layer and go to image>mirror. On this one use your plug in pent.com jeans on the setting you like. Now click on the circle frame to make it active. Use your magic wand tool and click inside the circle frame. Go to selections, modify, and expand by four. Click ok and then make your left tube layer active. Go to selections invert and then hit the delete key on your keyboard. Go to selections, none. Now on the layers palette change the blend mode for this tube layer to luminance legacy. You will see the difference there!
Open the eyeball element. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Use your meura meister copies on the encircle setting. Set it to how many you want to show in the circle, and then click ok. Resize the circle then move it to the upper left part of the circle. Move to just above the mask layer. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer then duplicate it once, and go to image, flip. Merge down one more layer.
Then open the mesh circle then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it down to below the eyeball layers. Move it towards the top though. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Merge down one layer. Duplicate and go to image, free rotate and click 90. Then click ok. Merge down one layer.
Now open the bats you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the tag. Make sure this is at the top.
Add the heart bow you like and the grim reaper dude. I made him look like he’s kind of “popping out of it. What I did was erase bits and parts of his body.

Finally add your text, copyrights, and tagger markings. Save and you’re done! Thank you for trying my tutorial.

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++Two tubes of choice or the ones I used. I used the work of Zlata_M and you can purchase her work from PicsForDesign Specifically I used “dancing” this comes in many layers. So I just changed the color hat and dress layers.

++Texture of your choice. I used one from Toxic Desirez which you can find on her
Blog

++The Checkerboard shape that I have included and you can download it here

++Fonts of your choice. I used vrinda which should be a default font for PSP. The other one I used for my name is Weltron and I can’t remember where I found it lol

No plug ins needed!!! This is a no scraps, no plug in tutorial for a banner and avatar! First the banner…I will try to keep it simple for you.

Open a new canvas 600x250 with a transparent background. Open your texture of choice, for this one I used texture 4. Minimize the texture. In your materials palette click on the foreground box. Change it to pattern then click on the drop down menu. Scroll down until you see your texture, and click on it. Set the scale to 50 and click ok. Now using your flood fill tool, flood the canvas. You now should see a brightly colored canvas!

Next you will want to open your checkerboard shape then copy and paste as a new layer in your canvas. You may need to adjust it a bit. Now the fun parts!

Open your first tube of choice. Resize it as you want it, I reduced mine about 40 percent I believe. Copy and paste it as a new layer above the checkerboard. Move it to the left edge to wear most of the black behind it is covered. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, gaussian blur and set it to 3.00. On that same layer, go to the layers mode and set it to overlay. Go to layers, merge down one layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust it if you need to. Want more fun? Continue this process to cover the entire checkerboard! Move the tube up to show different parts, down, opposite, whatever you like. I just went with whatever I thought looked the best. The key though is to make sure that you do not see any black behind the tubes. Now close off the other layers EXCEPT your tubes. Go to layers, merge visible. Duplicate this layer, and on the bottom layer we’re going to add a bit of texture! Go to Effects, texture effects, mosaic antique. I kept my settings at 50 for number of columns and rows, then tile diffusion at 70%, grout width 5 and then grout diffusion at 50. You can always mess with the settings to make it as you want it! Click ok. On the top tube layer change the opacity to around 60 to 70%. This gives it a pretty cool “rough” look right? Merge this layer down one just like you merged before.

Go back down to the checkerboard, and go to selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat. What that does in case you didn’t know is makes sure that the edges aren’t rough when you fill or add something. Now go to the tube layer (yes while the checkerboard has the dancing ants) go to selections, invert. On your tubes layer, hit the delete key. Ta da! Look at that! Lol Go to selections none.

On the checkerboard layer again, the selections, select all, float, defloat again. Go to selections modify, expand by 3. Add a new layer and move it below the tubes layer. Flood fill it with your choice of color. I used a dark purple to match the texture and tube. Go to selections, none. On that layer go to adjust, blur, guassian blur again and at the same setting. See how it gives you a bit of a glow just like if you had used a gradient glow? Pretty cool huh?! You can now delete the original checkerboard layer.

Now open your other tube. Copy and paste as a new layer, resize it down. As you can see I just used the face portion of the girl. Move your tube to the open square on the center left. Use your magic wand tool and go to the checkerboard tube layer and click inside the square and go to selection, modify, expand by I think I did 10. Basically once you hit ok you want to see the dancing ants get bigger so that they are beyond your current square. Go back to the tube layer, go to selections, invert. Hit the delete key then selections none. Repeat this for the next open space over. Merge down one layer and then move this below the blurred checkerboard, the one we made into our “glow”.

We’re going to do our rectangles now. Using your preset shape tool, activate the rectangle tool. In the layers palette, choose the foreground and background colors to ones that will compliment your tube. Draw out a medium sized rectangle. I guess you could say the thickness of a common ribbon. I over drew mine just a little, to make sure I had it long enough. Don’t worry about placement; we’ll move it in a minute after another few steps. Convert this to a raster layer. To do this you would right click on it in the layers palette, and in the menu click on convert to raster layer. With this layer still activated go to selections, float, selections defloat then selections contract by 10. Add a new raster layer and flood fill this one with a another color that compliments the tube. Go to selections none. On the bottom rectangle, go to adjust, add noise. Play with the settings to what you like. On the top rectangle layer go to textures, texture effects, blinds and I used the settings Width 5, opacity 15, then the color to black, horizontal unchecked and light from left top checked. Click ok. Pretty cool effects huh? I added a drop shadow to the top rectangle to just give it a bit of depth. Merge down one layer. Now we’re going to move it! I moved it so the top edges of it was lined up with the edges of the middle squares. Look at mine to see what I mean. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Adjust it a little bit if you need to. Activate your text tool, change the foreground and background colors to what you like, I chose white. You can type in whatever text you like, I used “I’m just a superstar” in all caps. I repeated it a few times to make sure I had enough room. Now move this to center it in the bottom rectangles. I added a drop shadow too. Adjust it to where you like it. Duplicate it and move it to the upper one too. It’s a pain in the bum, but take the time to really try to center it, it took me a few tries to get it to match.

Almost done! Add your tube, I moved mine to the left a bit, it’s just where I liked it. Add yours where ever you like it and have fun with it! Once you’ve got it where you like it, SAVE! But save it in layers so you can go back and change it anytime you want. Now that you’ve save and not scared you’ve done something you can’t change lol, merge visible. OMG scary huh? Now we’re going to add borders! Go to selections, select all then selections, float, selections defloat. Now go to selections, modify, select borders. Set it at 10, with anti-alias checked and inside checked. Click ok. Activate your flood fill tool, change the foreground and background to a color you like. I chose a lighter one. Add a new raster layer and then flood fill with that color. Go to selections none. Now go to adjust, blur, guassian blur again set at 3.00. Now back to your merged layer. Repeat the process again, but this time set to 5. Flood fill again with whatever color, I used a gradient. I added noise to it too.

Add your copyrights and license number and save as jpeg! Pretty swift huh?
Now on to the avatar…easy peasy I promise!

Open up your PSPimage of the banner we just did. Now open a new canvas of 250x250, yes I make my avatar’s larger than most. Back to your PSPimage banner, close off the tube layer and the rectangles and merge visible. Go to edit copy then over to your new canvas and do edit, paste. Move it around to where you kind of like it, I messed around with it for a few minutes until it looked good. Back to the banner, close off everything else then open up the rectangles and words, merge those down then copy. Back to the avatar, paste as a new layer and move it and adjust like you did before. Add your tube and place it where you want. Repeat the steps before for the border and add your copyright and license number! Save as a pspimage first then as a jpeg. Add your name and your done!

Pretty cool huh?

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice. Merge the group. Move to the bottom of the palette.

Open the glitter splatter of your choosing. Copy and paste as a new layer just above the mask layer. Move it to the upper right. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it again and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Next open the curly ribbon of your choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the canvas. Again, just above the glitter layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

On the right small rectangle, the faded one, change the opacity if you want to. I did and made it 100 percent. Open your tube and then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust and move over the rectangle layer. Duplicate it then with the bottom layer active, go to adjust, blur, guassian blur, set it to 3.00. Then on the layers visibility, change it to overlay. Merge down one layer. Go to your plug in penta.com, color dots. Set it at your settings you like. Now go back to the rectangle layer and go to selections, float, selections, defloat , then selections invert. On the tube layer, hit delete. Then go to selections none. Change the visibility to 85.

Now copy and paste your tube again as a new layer. Duplicate it and with the bottom layer active go to adjust then guassian blur, set to 3.00. On the top layer set the layer to overlay. On the top set it where you like. Duplicate it and move one below the big rectangle layer. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, invert and hit the delete key on the bottom tube layer. Go to selections none. Next go to the top layer, and remove the parts of the tube you don’t want seen outside the tube.

Open the flame and skull border. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to below the word art. Adjust as needed. Add the skull you like to the upper left of the canvas. Adjust as you like.

Next open the barbedwire heart…resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom right of the canvas. Adjust as needed. Add the skull butterfly to the center left of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add the lips to the left of the tube.

Finally add the copyrights, license information and your tagger markings. Thank you for trying my tutorial!

Add a new raster layer and move it to the bottom. Open the metal chain fencing. Resize if you like, copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left hand corner of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Next open the candelabra you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it down below the word art layer. Move it to the left and adjust as you like. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the first three tubes you want to use. Copy and paste your first tube, positioning it where you like in the first frame, but below the frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame on the left. Go to selections, modify, contract by 4. Go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Do this for the other three frames as well.

Now open the barbed wire, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it above the frame layer, at the top of it. Duplicate it and then move one to the bottom frames. Add a rose to either side of the middle frame.

Then open the wand (they’re in an X) copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the right side of the frame, at the end of the barbed wire. Duplicate it then move to the in between of the frames. Add the silver mask to the center of each of those. Add a set of fuzzy cuffs to the top left side of the wands. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open your one tube of choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left side of the tag.

Open the other tube. Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the right side of the tag. Add the ball and chain to the bottom of the foot. Erase the parts where it would look like it was around the foot.

Now open the whip you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of the tag on the bottom. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add the regular handcuffs you like to the bottom left and right of those. Along with the heart of your choosing to the center.

Then open the ball cage, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top of it. Add a bow to the top the chain.

Finally add your text, copyrights and license number. Save and you’re done! Thank you for trying my tutorial.

First open the beaded circle decoration you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it down below the template layers. Also to the upper right. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror then image, flip. Adjust as needed.
Now open the flower clip you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Angle it as you like. Move it to the upper left circle. Duplicate it and go to image mirror, then image, flip.

Open the winged heart, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper center of the template.

Next open the flames, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper top of the rectangle. Make sure it’s above the dotted layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip. Then move it to the right and angle it up so it frames the rectangle.

Now open the heart with the chain and horns. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the rectangle.

Open your tube of choice, resize then copy and resize as a new layer. Move it below the word art. Adjust as needed.

Re color the glitter behind the word art and skulls as you like. Also the word art itself.

Add your copyrights, text, tagger markings and license numbers. Save and your done!

Now open the disco ball you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the hearts. Erase the part of the string at the top. Add the bow you like. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Then open the street lamp, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag. Remember we are still just above the heart layer.
Open the first tube you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left heart, adjust it. On the heart layer go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Repeat this for the opposite heart.

Next open the stair case, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer right in between the tubes on the heart layers.

Then open your second tube, resize if needed then copy and paste as a new layer right in the center of the tag. Adjust if needed.

Add the champagne bottle and glass you like to the right of the tube.
Open your word art of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the top of the canvas Add the star spray bundle you like to each side of it.
Finally add your text, copyrights and license number. Save and you’re done! Thank you for trying my tutorial.

Supplies Needed:

First we’re going to start with the forum Banner. Open a new canvas with a transparent backround with the size of 589 x 248.

Open the paper of choice you like. Flood fill the background with this paper.
Next open your tube of choice. Resize and crop as you like it. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move the one to the right side and set where you like it. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer and set the opacity on the layer to 60. Copy and paste your tube again, centering it. Adjust as needed.

Now open the star you like, resize and then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the canvas. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror.

Then click on the layer below the tube in the center. Copy and paste your choice of candy cane, angle as you like. On the layer below that, resize and copy and paste the ornament you like.

Open the circle candy of your choosing. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left corner of the banner. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.
Next open the Christmas tree you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move closer to the candy cane. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror.

Now open the two lights you like, resize then copy and paste as new layers. Arrange and move to the bottom left. Angle them slightly in opposite directions. Merge down one layer. Duplicate then go to image, mirror.

Then open the snowflake ornament you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the canvas. Duplicate then go to image mirror.
Add your copyrights, and text. Merge down. Go to selections, select all then selections defloat. Now go to selections, modify, select selection borders. Set it at 5. Add another layer and flood fill with your choice of color or paper. Go to selections, none.

Now go to adjust add noise. Set it at the setting you like and click ok. Add a thin gradient glow that you like and merge down.
Your banner is done! Great job!

The Avatar:
Open a new transparent canvas. Make it 200x200.

Flood fill with your choice of paper. Then open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust and resize as you need to! I mirrored mine to the left side.
Open the tree you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the canvas.

Next open several of the circle candies, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Group them below the tube layer to the right of the canvas on the bottom.
Then open one of the ornaments. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper center of the canvas.

Add a candy cane to the left of the tree and angle as you like it. Duplicate it and mirror it. Move to the left some and place where you like it.
Add your copyrights and initial.

Go to selections, select all then selections defloat. Now go to selections, modify, select selection borders. Set it at 5. Add another layer and flood fill with your choice of color or paper. Go to selections, none.

Now go to adjust add noise. Set it at the setting you like and click ok. Add a thin gradient glow that you like and merge down.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.
Open a new canvas of 800x800 (yes this is large, you can resize it later!) Open the paper of your choice and flood fill your new canvas with it.
Next open another paper of your choosing and copy and paste as a new layer. Move it towards the bottom of the canvas so it’s only showing about a quarter of the way. Open another paper of choice then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left side with about a quarter of it showing also.
Open the postage stamp frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Open your photo of choice, and do what ever enhancements that you want to do to it. Copy and paste the picture below the frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, expand, expand by 6. Go to seleections, invert. On the picture layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. On the frame layer add your gradient glow of choice. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it and on the bottom one angle slightly.

Now open the bougainvillea flower of your choosing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper right of the frames, in between them. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror, then image flip. Adjust this one where you like it.
Now open the flower clip you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom right hand corner of the frame. Duplicate it and spin it around where you like it. Add a flower you like over the top of these.
Next open a flower you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right side of the frame. Duplicate it several times and move it where you like it as a line down the side.

Then open the wrap ribbon you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer and angled in the upper left hand corner.
Open the awareness ribbon of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the frame. Add two butterflies where you like them.

Finally resize if you like, add any copyrights and texts.

Supplies Needed:

++Tube of choice or the one I used the artwork of Suzanne Wolcott and it can be purchased from HERE

++Font and mask of choice

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open up the fencing of your choosing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the very bottom of the pallete. Adjust it so it fits about a quarter of the way up the canvas.

Now open the paw print frame you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust to the size you need more and move below the bottom circle layer on the right. Adjust it then duplicate it, go to image, mirror.

Then open the tree, resize it copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left and add the flowers you like to it.

Next open the grass, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom portion of the canvas. Add the fencing you like to either side, to make it look like one large fence.

Now add the dog house to the bottom center. Add a bow on either side of it.

Open the felt paw print you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center of the heart, angle it to the left a bit. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as you need too.

Add your tube of choice to the center of the paw prints. Adjust as needed.

Now open the bone element, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right. Adjust it and angle to the right. Duplicate it and rotate it the other way. Add a bow to the center of it.

Finally add your copyrights, license number, tagger markings and text of choice. Save and your done! Thank you for trying my tutorial.

Next open the green ivy bunches, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the rectangle back ground. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the rainbow, resize tehen copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the rectangle background layer to the left. Duplicate it and go image, mirror.

Open the sun, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the rectangle background layer, below it. Place where you like it. Duplicate it and go tomage, mirror.

Then open the glitter spray you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top left of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open the tube of choice. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center of the rectangle frame. Duplicate it and move one below the frame. Erase the parts on the top one you do not want to be seen outside the frame. Also do the same for the bottom one.

Now open the bean stock, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the rectangle. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the light ball, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Add a bug to the top of each one.

Then open the water lily, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom center of the rectangle. Add a bow on each side.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice. Merge the group.

Next open the glitter splatter, resize as needed then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to just above the oval mask.

Now open the flower clip you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure it’s in the center of the canval. Using your plug in muera meister copies, on the encircle options. Set each one to 70 for the x and y. Move these below the large circle layer. Adjust as needed.
Next open the doodle you like, resize then copy and pate as a new layer. Also move this below the large circle layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.
Open the shoe string ribbon, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the circle layer, adjust as needed. Move it to the left. Open another ribbon of another color, and do the same but at the top of the canvas, still below the circle layer.
Now you will copy and paste your tube of choice to the left side of the top circle layer. Move it where you like it then duplicate it. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it and go to adjust, guassin blur, set to 3. Change the blend mode to overlay. Merge down again one layer. On the circle layer go to selection, float then selection defloat. Then Go to selections, invert and on the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Change the opacity to the one you like.
Copy and paste your tube again, move it to the center of the circle. Duplicate it and go to adjust, guassin blur, set to 3. Change the blend mode to overlay.
Then open the two suckers you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the tube. Arrange where you like.
Open the book, resize then copy and paste as a new alyer. Move it the left so it’s overlapping the suckers. Add the skull you like to the bottom center. Add the text you like to the book. Add the shoe you like to the bottom right.
Now open the bows you like to the center left and right of the circles. Then add the beaded flower to the stars you like.

Then add the firefly’s you like on the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

First open the vined flower you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to above the large rectangle layer. Duplicate it and then go to image, mirror then image flip.

Then open your first tube, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper right of the rectangle. Adjust as needed. Erase parts you don’t want seen outside of the rectangle.

Now open the heart cluster you like with the flowers. Center in the frame, but below the frame. Using your magic wand tool and click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand it by 3. Go to selections, invert. On the heart layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.

Now open the other tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as layer over the frame layer. Adjust and arrange as you like it.

Next open the butterfly of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it at an angle to the upper right hand corner of the frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip. Move it to the bottom left hand corner.

Then open the flower cluster you like then resize it. Copy and paste it as a new layer to the upper left hand corner of the rectangle. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image flip. Move to the bottom right hand corner of the rectangle layer. Add a bow of choice to the center of the rectangle at the top.

Finally add your copyrights, license info and tagger markings

Open the windows, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it and move it below the center rectangle. On the double circle layer, go to selections, float, selections defloat, then selections, invert. On the gate layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. On the top gate layer, erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the circles.

Next open the heart pin with beads. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left and at an angle. You want to move it just above the middle of the circle.

Then open the fan of your choosing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the canvas. And also place at the bottom of the left rectangle. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

On the right side fan, copy and paste the corset of your choosing and then thesash bag and pillow you like . Place the pillow and sash bag on either side. Add the candle with flowers, centered in front of the fan.

Now open the wedding cake, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer in front of the fan on the left. Resize as needed. Add the knife and cake spatula behind it at an angle. Then add the present, garter and booth you like in front oof the cake.

Open the stage, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the center of the tag, towards the bottom.

Next open the banner, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the top of the rectangle. Duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Now open the rose bouquet, resize then copy and paste as a new layer just to the left of the banner at the top. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add the heart pillow to the top of both of those. Then add the bell with ribbon you like.

Finally add your tube of choice to the center of the canvas.

Add your text, copyrights, tagger markings and license number if needed.

Save and your done.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Go to image, canvas size, and change the canvas size to 800 by 650. This gives us more room to work with!

For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. **NOTE I deleted the word art.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Send it to the bottom of the palette and add your mask of choice. Merge the group.

Open up the daisy flower you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Use your plug in muera meister copies and set on encircle with shift x and y to 80. Which ever number on the flowers you like.

Then open your leaves on the vine. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left of the tag, and just above the bottom circle layer. Duplicate then go to image, mirror.

Now open the bow and ribbon you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left, adjust as you need to. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open your tube, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. I used the close up tube that came in the pack I purchased. Move to above the small rectangle layer at the left. Resize and adjust where you like it. Duplicate, then go to adjust, blur by 3.00 then change the blend mode to overlay. Merge down one layer. Go to texture, blinds, and set to 2 and then to the opacity you like. Next add the plug in penta, on dot and cross. Whatever setting you would like. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. On the rectangle layer go to selections, float, selections, defloat and then invert. Hit delete on the tube layers. Go to selection, none.

Open the fog element, resize then copy and paste as a new layer above the top circle layer. go to selections, float, selections, defloat and then invert. Hit delete on the fog layer.

Then open the folded paper hearts trails, resize then copy and paste as new layers. Move to the left of the circle. . go to selections, float, selections, defloat and then invert. Hit delete on the hearts layers.

Open your tube of choice again, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the circle. Duplicate it, we’re going to make it look like it’s popping out of the circle. On the circle layer go to selections, float, selections, defloat and then invert. Hit delete on the bottom tube layer. On the top tube layer, erase the parts on the bottom you don’t want seen outside of the circle. Add the bow of choice to the top of the circle, below the top tube layer.

Next open the rusty key, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the circles, angle it to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now copy and paste the scroll beading, resize it then angle it to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add the cardboard heart of your choosing. Add a butterfly of your choosing where you like them.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Fairytale Moments PTU

Open the flower heart spray you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left corner, upper. Move it below the bottom template layer. Adjust where you are happy with it, then duplicate, image, mirror.

Below the frame layer, add the castle you like. Adjust it and move it where you like. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame.

Now open the silver scalloped frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it over the existing frame. Set it as you like it.

Then open the flower on the vine. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the frame. Duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Open the stair case of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to eh left, so it looks like its coming out of the top of the silver frame.

Next open the light pole with the clock. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer.

Now open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left of the tag. Just at the bottom of the stair case.

Then open the rose cluster, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the silver frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip. Move and adjust so that it’s in the bottom right corner of the silver.

Now add the carriage you like to the bottom right of the tag.

Add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Then open the ribbon you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left, and the bottom rectangle layer. Adjust and duplicate. Go to image, mirror.

Open the barbed wire strand, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to just above the top rectangle layer.

Next open the flower vine bundle you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left hand corner, just below the small circle layer. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Now open your tube of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3. Set the blend mode to overlay and merge down one layer. Duplicate the tube again, then move over the top of the circle in the upper left hand corner. Adjust where you want it. Add your plug in penta dot and cross. Duplicate it one more time and move it over to the circle on the bottom. On the circle layer go to selections, select all, selections, float then selections defloat then selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Repeat this for the other circle and tube.

Now make sure you tube is centered the way you like it in the center of the circles.
Add the lips tube to the “rear” of the tube.

Then open the winged heart. Resize then copy and pste as a new layer towards the bottom of the rectangle layers. Also to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the emo bunny, top hat, sucker and lipstick. Copy and paste them in a grouping to the bottom left of the tag.

Open the butterfly you like and then copy and paste around the circle as you like them. In between the two bottom ones, copy and paste the skull you like. Add the skull chain to the right of the tag towards the top.

Add the word art you like in the kit, to the bottom right of the tag.

Finally add your test, copyrights, license number and tagger markings, save and your done!

Supplies Needed:

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. NOTE: I only added a gradient glow to She’s So.

Go to the background layer at the bottom of the layers palette, and flood fill the background layer with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice.

Open the folded ribbon of choice. Add to the left of the tag, towards the bottom. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

On the large circle behind the others, copy and paste the barb wire. Erase the parts that are hanging over the circle. Do this I go to Selections, float then selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On the wire layer, hit the delete key.

Then open the moon, and move it below the big circle layer and move to the right. Adjust it so it sits kind of centered behind the word art.

Now add the light pole, behind the top circle layer to the left a bit.

Open the beaded rain, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it so it’s over the circle layer. go to Selections, float then selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On the beaded rain layer, hit the delete key.

Next open the tree and resize, copy and paste as a new layer over the top circle layer and move to the right. Add your choice of flowers through out the tree and a butterfly.

Now open your tube of choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the circle. Duplicate it and on the bottom layer we’re going to erase some. On your circle layer go to Selections, float then selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On the bottom tube layer, hit the delete key. On the top tube layer erase the parts on the bottom you don’t want seen outside the circle.

Then open the handcuffs, corset, zippered heart, candle and boot you like. Cluster them together on te bottom left of the tag. Add the butterfly of your choice into the center of the ribbons where they meet. Add the bows you like to other side.

Finally add any text you like, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done! Thanks for trying my tutorial.

add a new raster layer, flood fill with your choice of paper. Add the mask you like, then merge group.

Next open the doodle that has the hearts, lips and stars. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the top of the canvas, still under the template layers. Duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Now open the arch and gate covered in roses. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the frame layer. Using your magic wand tool click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify expand by 2. Go to selections, invert. On the arch layer hit the delete key.

Then open the stair case covered in roses that has the tube on it also. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left of the template, again above the frame layer. Adjust how you like it. Add the table and chair to the bottom of this.

Open the rose vine swag, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top of the canvas, then duplicate it. Go to image, flip.

Next open the lamp pole. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right side of the frame. Adjust as needed.

Now open the my valentine music scroll, resize then copy and paste it slightly to the right of the lamp. Angle it as you like it. Add the feathered cupid’s bow of your choice to the side of it.

Then open the piano, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom of the scroll. Adjust as needed.

Open the rose bouquet then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right of the piano.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done! Thank you for trying my tutorial.

Open the flower petal scatter you like first. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the layers palette, below all the template layers. Now move it to the upper left, position where you want it. Duplicate it and go o image, mirror. Then to image, flip. Merge down one layer. Do the same in the opposite corner with the other one.

Now open the bow that has the long side on one side, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper part of the tag, towards the center. Open the other, and resize it the same. This time turn it around with your pick tool so that the tail ends meet. Put the flower of choice right in the middle of where they meet.

Next open the moon chain resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the background layer to the circle on the left. Arrange it and adjust it as you like.

Open the curtain/drapery you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to below the top circle background layer. Also move it to there so it looks like it’s falling beneath it.

Next open the chain with crystals on them. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the moon you like, resize tehn copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this is also below the circle background layer and move it to the right of the circle frame.

Open your tube of choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Crop it where you will only need part of it. The upper half. Move it to below the circle frame layer on the right. Adjust where you like it. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3. Then set the blend mode to overlay. Merge down one layer. Add your plug in, penta, jeans on the setting you like. Now change the blend mode to luminance. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the circle frame.

Open the jeweled flower petals, crop then resize. Copy and paste as a new layer over the tube layer. Move where you like. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the circle.

Then open the jeweled cage. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the circle frame on the right.

At this point I have merged all the small circles together.

Now open the silver chain with the butterfly and cross on it. Copy and paste it to the right, just below the merged circles layer.

Next open the scroll banner you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag.

Open your tube again, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. You want to position it over the second circle frame on the left. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3. Change the blend mode to overlay and merge down one layer. Duplicate it again and move it to below the circle frame. On the top tube layers, erase the parts you don’t want showing outside of the frame. Go back to the other tube and erase the parts that shouldn’t show outside either.

Then open the candle, crystal ball, heart and bag of your choosing. Resize them then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag, by the banner scroll. Group them as you like.

Open the swing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer and move it to the bottom of the upper circle frame. Add the sun of your choosing over that.

Next open the feather wings, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the center of the upper circle frame.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Then open the star glitter trails. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move at an angle to the right side then duplicate and go to image, mirror.

Next open the spiral piano keys. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas. Move it do below the star template layer. Duplicate it and move this layer above it. On the bottom layer, erase the parts you don’t want shown over the star. Note I did the top part of the star

Now open the glitter butterfly train, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to either side of the star. Adjust as you like. Copy and paste the rose you like next to them also.

Open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it into the frame so that it is to the left some. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur. Change the blend mode to overlay. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it and go to image mirror, then move it below or above the original as you like.Again, just to the side. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add your drop shadows and merge down one layer. Add your plug in, penta dot and cross on the setting you like. Change the blend mode to Lumincance. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer and go to selections, modify, expand by 3. On the merged tubes layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.

Open the tube again, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the frame, adjusting as needed.

Then open the lipstick, drum set, makeup container, shoe , microphone and butterfly you like. Copy and paste as you like in a cluster to the bottom right of the tag.

Now open the guitar, and turn it up at an angle, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the tag, below the small start layer.

Add the license plate, to the bottom left of the canvas. Add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done. Thanks for trying my tutorials.

Next open the heart cutouts splatter. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it where you like on the canvas. Make sure it’s still below the frame and background layers.

Now open the bridge scene with rainbow you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust it where you want it under the frame layer. Make sure it’s situated just as you want it. Duplicate it and move one layer above the frame layer. On the frame layer, use your magic wand tool and click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand by 2. On the bottom bridge layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections none. On the top rainbow bridge layer, erase the parts all around that you do not want showing outside of the frame EXCEPT the rainbow at the top. Now it should look like the rainbow is shooting out of the top of it.

Then open the tube of choice or the puppy as I did. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the frame. Adjust as you like it.

Open the ribbon with frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the frame. Add another one to the upper part of the frame, but mirrored. They should look like they are opposite of each other.

Next open the jasmine and rose cluster bouquet you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Finally add your text, any copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open a canvas of 650x650. You ran resize it later if you like. Flood fill with your choice of paper. Add the mask you like and merge the group.

First open the glitter bracket. Resize just a bit. Copy and paste as a new layer. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand by 3. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Go to selections, none. Move this layer to below the bracket layer.

Open the glitter splat, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to below the background layer. Move it to the left bottom corner. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it then go to image, flip. Adjust as you need to.

Then open the black flooring. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the canvas. You want it to really like a stage of sorts.

Now we’re going to work with our tube. Open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust it where you want it. Note that I mirrored one of the tubes so it looks like they are facing each other. Once your satisfied with the placement of your tube, move it below the bracket layer. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3.00. Then change that layers blend mode to overlay. Merge down one layer. Now using your penta plug in on the jeans setting, set to where you like it. Add your drop shadow you like also. Change the blend mode now to luminance. On your bracket layer use your magic wand tool and click inside the bracket. Go to selections, modify and expand by 3. On your tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections none. Pretty cool right?

Next open the paint drips. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the bracket layer, at the top. Move them as you like them to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the frame.

Open the valance swag. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper part of the frame layer. Again, we’re working below it. Erase the parts you don’t want showing outside of the frame.

Then open the gothic door, resize then copy and paste to the left of the frame. Move it down some so you can see the top of the door a little. I moved it about half way to the left too. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer. On your bracket layer use your magic wand tool and click inside the bracket. Go to selections, modify and expand by 3. On the doors layer, hit the delete key.

Now open the web, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it towards the top, working above the bracket layer now. You want it kind of centered.

Next open the rose cluster. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left hand corner. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Then add the winged heart to the center of the web.

Open the winged banner. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom center of the tag. Adjust and move as you like it.

Then open the heart frame with horns. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the frame. Angle it the way you like it.

Next open the skull and crossbones, resize it then copy and paste to the left of the frame. Duplicate it and then angle each to opposite directions.

Open your tube again, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the frame. Adjust it so it looks like she’s standing on the floor.

Then open the syringe. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the frame. Next to the horn frame. Angle it towards the center. Open the poison drops and crop to one drop. Resize then copy and paste so that it looks like its coming out of the syringe.

Now open the candle cluster. Resize then copy and apste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right of the frame. It should look like its sitting on the floor. Add white chess pieces to the left of it.

Next add the emo bunny to the top part of the winged banner to the right.

Add your text, copyrights, tagger markings and text.

Save and your done!

Go to the background layer at the bottom of the layers palette, and flood fill the background layer with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice.

Open the glitter splatter you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left of the tag, just above the mask layer. Move and adjust as you like it. Duplicate and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Merge down so now all four splats are on the same layer.

Next open the metal jail doors, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below to just above the glitter splat layers. Move towards the top and angle to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Now open the bouquet of flowers you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of the tag, towards the top. Just below the circles and Polaroid layers. Duplicate it and move to the end of that one. Merge down one layer then duplicate, image mirror.

Now open your tube. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set at 3.00. Change the blend mode to overlay. Change the opacity down to about 75 or just a bit less. This is so it’s not as strong. Merge down one layer. Move the tube so that it’s sitting over the Polaroid frame. We’re going to make it look like she is stepping outside of the frame. Duplicate it then move it below the frame. Erase the bottom part of her leg on the left. You don’t want that part seen. Now on the top tube layer, also remove the part you don’t want seen. Erase it a bit above so that it looks like she is literally stepping outside of it.

I used the close up that came with the tube I purchased. But you can do this just as easily by resizing your tube and cropping. Open your tube, resize it then copy and paste where you like it. Move below the circle frame layer. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3.00. Change the blend mode to overlay. Set the opacity to what you like on this layer like you did before. Then merge down one. Change the blend mode to luminance. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the circle frame layer. Go to selections, modify, expand by 4. Go to selections, invert. Then go to selections, none. You know hove a pretty cool effect with out having to use a plug in!

Then open the baton’s, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the circle frame layer.

Now open two guitars you like, resize then copy and paste as new layer. Move them to the center, between the circle and the other frame. Add a bow towards the top where they meet. Add the police hat towards the top of the guitars, between the doors. Move this layer below the guitars and tube.

Now open the do not cross ribbon, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of templates layer. Move so that it is below the flowers layer.

Open the jailhouse rock buckle with the handcuffs. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the top of the tag. Move it below the tube layer though so it’s not covering her.

Finally add your copyrights, license info, tagger markings and text.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. Add a gradient glow of your choosing also. NOTE: ** I removed the word art from the template.

First we are going to build the “scene” inside the top square frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, Modify, expand by 8. On a new raster layer flood fill with the beach scene paper. Go to selections, none.

Open the light house you like, resize it then copy and paste to the bottom left corner of the frame. Add the palm tree you like to the opposite side of the frame. Pick the flower and shell you like resize tehm then add towards the bottom of the frame.

Then open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the tag. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassian blur and set it to 3. On the blend mode option in the layers palette, change it to overlay. Then change the opacity of the layer down to where you like.

Next open both the surfboards. Resize them then copy and paste as new layers to the left of the tag. Make sure they are below the background frame layer. Angle them in opposite directions.

Now open the lifesaver, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom left frame layer. Add a flower you like over that.

Add the towel you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move down below the frame layer and angel it to the right. Add a sea shell to the opposite side. Also add the flower you like in between these two items. Remember to adjust as you like.

Then open the folded ribbon you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the tag as you like it. Make sure it covers the bottom of the tube layer.

Open the chair, beach ball, pail and shovel. Arrange them as you like to the left of the tag.

Then open the flip flop you like. Duplicate it and arrange them to the right side of the ribbon to make them a pair. Add the sunglasses you like also.

Next open the umbrella you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left corner behind the frame and background layer. Angle it to the left. Add the anchor and bow of your choosing.

On the opposite corner add the paper lantern and starfish you like.

Finally add your copyrights, tagger markings, license number and save.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

First open the rainbow splatter you like. This will become the “mask” we use for the tag. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it down to the bottom, below all the templates.

Then open three of the flowers you like. Resize one, then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center of the square layer. Do this again over that particular flower again, and finally a third time. Resizing them just a bit smaller.

Next choose the rainbow with flower scene you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag. Move it so it’s towards the bottom of the template layer.

Open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the tag. Duplicate it and go to blur, guassian blur. Add a blur of 3.00. Then change the blend mode on tube layer to overlay. Merge down one layer.

Now open another set of the foliage you like, but the one with animals. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of the templates (but still the top layer) and over the foliage of the rainbow.

Add a few butterflies and lady bugs through out as you like.

Add the heart tag with bow you like to the upper left of the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open the glitter splatter of your choosing. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it down to just above the mask layer. Also move it to the bottom left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror, then image, flip.

Then open your first tube. Note that I used close ups that I had. Crop if needed, resize then copy and paste as a new layer below the first square frame layer to the left. Adjust as needed. Do the same thing for the other frame and tube.

Next open the torn paper, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to below the frame layers, just at the top of the frames. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. You should now have one above and below.

Now open the wrap bow you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the frame, make sure it is above the frame layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Then open the heart scatter, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Note this should be above the bow layers.

Open the checkered arrows, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the canvas, just above the frames and paper layers. Duplicate and go to image, mirror.

Next open both guitars. Resize them then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the center between the two frame layers. Angle it so that the base of the guitar is pointing to the upper right of the canvas. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror then image, flip. Do this for the other guitar too.

Then open the stapled ribbon, resize then copy and paste as new layers. Move them to the upper left and upper right of the coordinating frames.

Now open the puffy lips. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the frame on the left. Then duplicate it and move to the bottom right of the other frame. Add the skull heart, placing it in opposite corners of the frame too.

Open your final tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Paste in the center between the frames. Make sure it’s below the word art layer.

Finally add your text, copyrights and license info! Save and your done! Thank you for trying my tutorial!

Then open the leafy branches. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top and behind all the template layers. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer then duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Now open moon element, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the heart template layer at the top.

Open the glitter rain you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. On the circle layers, go to selections, select all, selections, defloat then selections, invert. On the rain layer, hit the delete key and then go to selections, none.

Next open the viney flower, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the circle layer on the left.

Then open the grass bunch, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the canvas. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror.

Open the swing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper center of the circle layer on the left. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the frame. Add the butterfly you like to one side of the

Now open the bamboo bridge, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Place over the circle layer where you like it. On the circle layer , go to selections, select all, selections, defloat then selections, invert. On the bridge layer, hit the delete key and then go to selections, none.

Go back to the viney flower layer on the right, duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Move this to above the bridge layer.

Open your tube of choice. I ‘m using the close up that came with the tube I chose. Copy and paste your tube, centering it in the heart as you like it. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3.00. Change the blend mode to opacity and merge down one layer. Using your plug in penta, jeans, set it to the setting you like. On the heart layer go to selections, select all, selections, float then selections, defloat. Now selections, invert and on the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Change the opacity to 75.

Add the flower of your choosing after resizing to around the heart.

Then open the parrots on the twig, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right circle layer, around the center of it.

Next open the palm trees with the hammock you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the canvas. Add two pineapples, orange and the starfish you like to the bottom left of the palm tree.

Open the paper lantern light, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper right of the canvas. Add a butterfly to the top of it.

Then open the hibiscus flower of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer on the left side, just above the palm trees. Duplicate then go to image, mirror.

Now open the other hibiscus flower you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom center of the heart. Add another flower you like to either side of that. Add a shell to the bottom center of these flowers.

Next open the hummingbird you like resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the circles.

Add your tube of choice to the bottom left of the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings! Save and your done! Thank you for trying my tutorial!

Open the doodle of your choosing. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to just below the middle rectangle layers and to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Then open you tube of choice. I used the close up that came with the tube I chose. The original close up lays to the side. I rotated it and then moved it to where I liked it on the left circle. Duplicate it then go to adjust, blur, guassian blur set to 3.00. Change the blend mode on this layer to overlay. Merge down one layer. Change the blend mode on this layer to screen. Duplicate it and then go to image, mirror. Back on the left circle layer, go to selections, select all then selections, defloat. Now selctions, invert and on the tube layer hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Do the same thing for the opposite side.

Next open the vine flower you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center rectangle layer, towards the top. Duplicate it and move the other one to the bottom right of the rectangle.

Then open the butterfly you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to outside of the circle on the left, where you like it. Duplicate it and move to the other side where you like it.

Open the spray doodle you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper center of the rectangle you like, then add a bow of your choosing to the top of that.

Now open a bow of your choosing then resize and copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left corner of the outside rectangles at the top. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror.

Next open the heather flower stalks, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move them to the outside of the center rectangle. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Now we’re going to make our groupings on the bottom of the circle layers. First open the strawberry bundle. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the circle layer. To make things easier, just assume your going to duplicate it all and mirror it to the other side. Now add the watermelon slice, moving it below the strawberries and angle it. Move it toward the right of the strawberries. Now open both Popsicles, resize them and paste them to the left of the watermelon. Cross and angle them like in the example. Pick the flip flop you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move them to the right of the watermelon, again all under the strawberries layer. Duplicate the flip flop to make a “pair” angle them as you like. Add a pair of sunglasses to the top (and above the ) strawberries. Then add a coconut drink to the right of the strawberries. And finally the flower of your choice to the corner above the strawberries. Add another butterfly you like through out the tag.

Open you other tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas.

Add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Then open the bow you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the right. Place it above the skinny rectangle layers. Adjust as you like it then duplicate it and go to image mirror. Move it over slightly so it looks like they are joined. Add the dove, to the center of where they meet.

Open the rose bouquet you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the square layers, move it the left and at an angle. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Next open your tube of choice. Now I used one that had a close up in the pack. Copy and paste your tube, resize it then move it to the top square layer. Adjust as you need to. On the square layer, go to selections float, selections, defloat then selections invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections none. Repeat this for the opposite square. Merge down one layer. Duplicate the tubes, go to adjust, blur, guassin blur at 3. On your layers palette, on the blend mode change it to Luminance. You should now see it with a cool effect.

Then open the curly ribbon you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper right of the square where your tube is. Duplicate it and go to image mirror. Duplicate it again and go to image, flip. Do the same thing on the other side. Adjust them as you need to. It will look like it’s hugging the square. Add a butterfly to the opposite corners at the top.

Now open the tube again, on this one, I used the tube that was laying down. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Add a rose cluster to the center where they join.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Add a new layer, flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice and merge the group. Move to the bottom of the layers palette.

Then open the rose of choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the large circle’s glitter layer. Move it so it’s at a slight angle. Duplicate it and move the rose next to the other one.

Now open the lacey moon. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to just above the bottom left circle layer. Duplicate and go to image, mirror. Move it up to the top circle layer on the right. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the one circle layer, go to selections, float then selections default. On the moon layer hit the delete key. Do the same for the moon at the upper right.

Next open the fan you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the frame layer, behind the background. Angle it as you like. Duplicate it and move it to the upper right side. Angle it the way you like it.

Open the wrapped bow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the big circle layer. Erase the parts that are hanging over the circle.

Add the bracket of your choice after resizing to the bottom left of the frame and the upper right of the frame.

Now open your first tube, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top right of the frame, adjust as needed.

Then open your other tubes, copy and paste after resizing and place where you want them in the frame. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer. Go to selections, modify, expand. Go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Then continue it for the other frames and tubes.

Open your butterflies of choice, resize them then copy and paste as a new layer. Move them at an angle around the top circle layer as you like.

Next open the flower you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it then place on either side of the bottom rectangle.

Add any text you like, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done! Thanks for trying my tutorial.

For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Now open the flower spray, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left corner of the canvas, and also to the bottom of the layers palette. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Next open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left a little, adjusting as you like it. Add the tree bush that you like, angle it and move below the tube to the right.

Choose a castle you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the tube. You want it to look like the girl is overlooking the castle.

Open one butterfly you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer.

Duplicate it and resize it a bit more. Move it to somewhere on the other side of the canvas. Repeat this with another butterfly.

Then open a flower of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste to several spots through out the cavas.

add your text, copyrights and tagger markings

Save and your done.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. Add a gradient glow of your choosing also.

Open the palm tree, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the template layer. Move it also to the bottom of the layers palette. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer. Duplicate it and go to image, flip. Adjust as needed.

Next open the flower you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Merge down one layer and then duplicate it, go to image, flip. Adjust as needed.

Now open another set of flowers you like, angle it and move to the middle left of the canvas. Duplicate it and move it just a bit down a little more. Merge down one more. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Then open the single flower you like. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Use your plug in Muera meister copies and set it on the encircle option. Set the x and y to I believe 60. Move it and adjust as needed.

Open your tube of choice. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it and go to image, blur, guassian blur set on 3. Set the layer blend to opacity. Merge down one layer. Using your plug in penta, dot and cross set it to a lighter setting. If you look closely you can barely see what I’ve done. Move this below the frame layer. Adjust it so it’s set to the outer side of the circle. Duplicate it and go to image mirror. Adjust as needed. Now back on the frame layer use your magic wand tool, click inside the frame and go to selections, modify, expand by 6. Go to selections, invert and on your tubes layers, hit the delete key. Remember to go to selections, none.

Next open the word art, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the frame layer.

Open your tube again and copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure it’s above the frame layer, and move it to the center of the frame

Now open the drink of your choosing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the frame layer, just above the bottom. Duplicate I and go to image, mirror. Add the flower of your liking to the bottom part of both the drinks. Then paste the coconut drink to the center of those.

Then open two of the butterflies you like and copy and paste them as you like around the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and you done! Thanks for trying my tutorial.

Next open the pathway, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move this below the large flower layer. Adjust it so it looks like it’s coming out of the flower.

Now open the flower spray, resize then copy and paste as a new layer above the path way layer. Move to the center where you like them.

Then open the table and chairs resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move down towards the bottom of the pathway.

Open your tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste it as a new layer so it looks like its sitting on the small rectangle layer. Adjust as needed. I moved mine below the flower center layer so it’s tucked behind it a bit. Add a lady bug to the end of the right side.

Now open the umbrellas, resize then copy and paste two on the sides of the tube layer. Add a bird of your choosing to the right of the tube.

Next open the sunshine resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper right of the tag below the templates layer.

Open the tree of your choosing, open it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the tag. Add a bird to the top of it.

Then open the rainbow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the tag.

Now open a bee and butterfly of your choosing, copy and paste them to where you like. Add the sunflower of your choosing to opposite sides of the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license number and tagger markings. Save and your done! Thanks for trying my tutorial.

Open the flower of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Using your plug in muera meister copies, use the encircle option with the shift x and y set to 50. Move just above the splatter layer.

Next open the heart key. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move them above the rectangles on the right. Angle it as you like towards the top. Add the guitar of your choosing towards the bottom end of the rectangles.

Then open the bling rain, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the frame layer. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand by 6. Go to selections, invert. On the rain layer hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.

Open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the frame layer, and to the right. Duplicate it and on the top layer, go to adjust, blur and guassian blur of 3. Change the blend mode to overlay. Merge down one layer. Add your other tube of choice to the left side. Due the same thing as you did before wit the blur. Using your magic wand tool, click inside of the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand it by 6. Go to selections, invert. On the tube layers hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.

Now open the next tube. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center of the tag. Do the guassin blur trick again to this tube too.

Then open the candle, cell phone, sachet bag, note, shoe, lipstick and butterfly of your choosing. Arrange them like you want, at the bottom left corner.

Open the looped ribbon, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it and move each one to the upper corners of the frames.

Next open the feather pen, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the right of the frame. Open the butterflies you like, resize them then copy and paste as you like through out the tag.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

I closed off all the layers except for the square frame layer, and the background layer. Merge the layers. Open the other two layers back up.

Then open the rock pathway. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the square background layer. Move it to the left then duplicate it. Go to image, mirror.

Now open the butterfly spray, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it above the background layer. Move towards the top of it.

Next open the rainbow, resize then copy and paste as a new layer towards the top of the background layer. Adjust as needed.

Open the grass, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the frame layer.

Then open the mushrooms you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer, move it to the left. Add the house to the right.

Now open the swing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the frame.

Next open the trio flower, the blue ones, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left on the bottom of the frame.

Then open the twig ladder, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the tag, towards the bottom. Add the wheelbarrow with flowers in it to the bottom of that.

Open the flower vines, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the top of the frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the clear ball dangle with the leaves on it. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer, moving to the top of the canvas and adjust as needed.

Next open the tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. I moved mine so it looked like it was leaning on the house.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license number and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Then open the leaf branch, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer towards the top of the circle layer. But make sure it’s below the frame. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the frame.

Now open the lantern, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Again, were working under the circle frame. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame.

Next open the fence, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it towards the bottom of the circle frame. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside of the frame.

Open the tree mushroom with the dots, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left and center of the frame, above the fence. Center it as you like.

Now open the tree trunk, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the circle frame. Duplicate it and move to just below the first one. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame. Add the grass behind the tree trunks. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame.

Then open the mushroom house you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right of the circle frame. Erase the parts that you don’t want seen outside of the frame.

Open the cobble stone path. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the layer pallet, below the circle background layer. You want to make it look like its coming out from behind the scene we just made.

Then open your tube of choice, in my case I used the tube from the kit. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer, to the right of the circle frame. Adjust it on the stone to make it look like its sitting on it.

Next open three of the butterflies you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer on the left side of the circle frame, arranging them so they look like they are going up the friend.

Add a dragonfly where you like it and a flower several times through the scene.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license number if needed and tagger markings

Save and your done!

Now add a new layer, move it to the bottom of the layers palette. Flood fill with your choice of paper and add the mask of your choosing. Merge the group.

Then using your preset shapes, set on circle we’re going to draw out a fairly large circle. First pick the paper you like, and make sure its set in the foreground and background on your color palette. Now draw out the circle, make it large, you can downsize if you need to. Convert to a raster layer, and move to just above your mask layer. Go to edit, cut and then edit paste as new layer. The reason for this is to center it into the canvas. Delete the extra layer.

Open the splatter that looks like blue petals. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper right side of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror and then image, flip.

Next open the blue leaf circle frame. Resize as needed, copy and paste as a new layer above the circle layer. Move and adjust it so that it looks like the frame is framing the circle. You may need to resize the circle a little.

Now open the butterfly of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Using your plug in, muera meister copies, set it on the encircle option and I believe I set X and Y to 65. Choose the number of butterflies. Click ok and now adjust the butterfly circle over the circle frame. Adjust as needed.

Then open the garden arch/trellis thingy lol. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. You want to make sure that it’s mostly towards the top of the canvas. Keep in mind, we’re still building from the mask up. These are all below the template layer.

Open the constellation glitter. Resize then copy and paste over the trellis at the top of the template layer and adjust as you need to.

Next open the moon of your choosing, resize then copy and paste in the upper left corner of the canvas.

Now open your tube of choice, crop it, then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it above the circle template layer. Center the tube in the circle. On the circle layer, go to selections, select all then selections float, then selections, defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On your tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections none. On the tube layer, duplicate it. Go to adjust, blur, guassian blur. Set it at 3 and hit ok. On the blur layer, we’re going to change the blend mode. Go to your layer’s palette and change the blend to overlay. Merge down. Using your plug in penta, jeans set it at the setting you personally like. Hit ok.

Still working around the circle layer here. Open the rose you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it an angle somewhere around the circle. This way it looks like its framing the circle. Duplicate it several times, and move it around the circle more. Leave the top of the circle open. Add a butterfly to the center of it. Add butterflies in between the roses.

Open your tube again, this time at full length. Resize it if you need to. Copy and paste as a new layer, over the rectangle on the right. On the rectangle go to selections, select all then selections defloat. Now go to selections, invert. On your tube layer, hit delete. Go to selections, none. Add your plug in, penta, dot and cross. Set it to the setting you like.

Again open your tube. Resize it if you need to then copy and paste as a new layer. This time over the rectangle layer at the bottom. Your going to place it so the part showing in the rectangle that you want shown. Duplicate it several times, moving it up or down, again showing what part you want shown. Do this across the rectangle. Merge down until the tube layers are all together. Back on the rectangle layer, go to selections, select all then selections, float then selections defloat. Now go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections none. Now duplicate this layer. Go to adjust, blur, guassian blur and set it to 3. Then change the blend mode to overlay, just as we did before.

Now open another rose, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the right hand rectangle. Move one to the bottom of it, duplicate it then move to the top. Add a bow to the top of the rectangle and a candle to the bottom left.

Go to each template layer and add the gradient glow of your choosing.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Before we get started with the actual tag, we’re going to make the extra’s that make the tag more special.

First open the mason jar frame, and resize it down to where you like. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frames. Go to selections, modify expand by 3. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Move this layer below the jar. Go to selections none. Then open the butterflies, resize then copy and paste as a new layer and adjust as needed. Erase any parts outside of the jar. Merge the layers and minimize for later use.

Now open the golden frame, resize it. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify and expand by 5. Add a new layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Go to selections, none. Move this layer to the bottom. Now open several elements you like to use, and resize them. Make a “scene” in the picture frame. Merge the layers, and minimize for later use.

Now on to the tag! Open the paper that has the room layout. It has the checkered bottom. Resize this paper to the size your comfortable with.

Then open the piano keys. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom of the paper. Noticed, I moved mine so it looked like a wavy road.

Open the glitter fairy silhouette and resize. Copy and paste as a new layer to the right side of the “wall”. Move it to where you like it on the wall.

Next open the shelf, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center wall, move it about a quarter of the way down. Open the candle, roses and maximize the mason jar. Copy and paste as new layer on either end of the shelf. Move it below the shelf layer. This way it looks like it’s actually sitting on the shelf. Erase the parts below the shelf you don’t want to see. Open two roses, resize then copy and paste them as new layers in between the two other elements.

Then maximize your picture, then copy and paste as a new layer to above the shelf layer. Center it as you like it. Move this layer below the mason jar, so it looks like its behind the jar.

Now open the ballet slipper. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom left of the tag. Duplicate it and angle it so it looks like they are paired together.

Open the gazebo on the string. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left, making it look like it’s hanging on the lamp.

Then open the ballerina skirt mannequin thing. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the paper. More so in the “corner”. Add the pink chair in front of it, and a tiara on top of the chair seat.

Next open the cello, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it at an angle so it looks like its resting on the arm of the chair. Add the umbrella at an angle to the right of it.

Now open your tube of choice, resize it and add the plug in Xero, Radiance. Set it to the setting you like. I used a very subtle one. Copy and paste it so its at the bottom right. Make it look like it’s sitting on the piano keys.

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++Tube of choice or the one I used. I used the work of Ted Hammond and you can purchase his work from HERE Note that the tube I used specifically was a part of a promotion. I’m not sure if it’s on sale by itself now.

++Font of choice

++Plug ins:
-Xero, Radiance
-Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
-Penta.com, Jeans.

**NOTES:
-Add Drop shadow of choice as you go
-You can merger layers as you want to make things easier for yourself.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Add a gradient glow of your choosing. Repeat this process for the rest of the template. I removed the word art layer and the heart layers.

Then open the smoke element. Resize it as needed then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.. Adjust as needed.

Now open the spiderweb you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer in the upper left corner of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open the metal studs, resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas. Move it below the template layers.

Open the circle frame, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with you choice of paper. Go to selections, none and move this paper below the frame layer.

Then open the tree, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the canvas. Make sure its just above the half circle layers. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open your tube of choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left, over the small square layer. On the square layer, go to selections, select all, selections, float and then selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. Go to the tube layer, and hit delete. Go to selections, none. Do the same thing to the opposite square.

Then copy and paste your tube again, this time place it slightly to the left in the rectangle layer. Using your plug in Xero, radience, set to your chosen setting. Then use the plug in penta, jeans. Again set to the setting you like. Duplicate it, then go to image mirror. On the rectangle layer go to selections, select all, selections, float and then selections defloat. Then go to selections, invert. Go to the tube layer, and hit delete. Go to selections, none. Adjust these as you need too.

Copy and paste your tube once more, into the center of the rectangle. Resize as needed again.

Open the castle, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom center of the canvas. Center it as needed. Make sure this is the top layer.

Then open the pillow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the castle, and to the left of it. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open the double candle’s. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the pillow. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the curly ribbon. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top right of the rectangle layer. Duplicate it and go to, image, mirror. Add the double heart with wings to the top center.

Open the cross, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the castle layer, but towards the top of it. So it looks like its peeking up. Add the voo doo doll to the other side of it.

Then open the crown, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top of the rectangle on the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open up your tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom right of the tag. Adjust as needed.

Now open the hibiscus flower, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the bottom part of the tag. Resize then duplicate several times, move them in a line at the bottom of the template. Adjust as needed.

Open the lady bug, resize then duplicate several times. Move them in between the flowers. Also move two around the canvas where you like them. Add the bee to the top left of the tag.

Add your text, copyrights and tagger markings.

Save and your done!

Now open the house, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom right of the canvas. Add a kite in the upper right hand corner of the canvas. Also add a cloud.

Open the bow and button of your choice. Resize then copy and paste as new layers. Move into the center of the template flower.

Then open the tree, and a flower. Resize them then copy and paste the tree to the right side, and move below the hill layer. Adjust it off to the right a little. Move the flower to the left side of the tag.

Next open the butterflies of your choosing. Resize them then copy and paste as new layers through the tag as you like them. Add a tag where you like it too.

Using the magic wand tool, click inside the top frame. Go to selections, modify and expand by 4. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Remember to go to selections, none. Duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Then open the lace ups you like. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the hearts layers, but above the frame.

Next open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it above which ever large heart you like. ON that heart layer, go to selections, select all then, selections float then selections, defloat. Now go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Do this again for the other heart.

On the top tube/heart layer, duplicate the tube. Go to blur, guassin blur and set it at 3.00. Change the blend mode to overlay on this layer and merge down. Repeat the process for the second tube layer.

Open the flower of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper right hand side, moving it so it sits between the two top hearts. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror and move to the middle on the left. Duplicate it again and move it to the bottom right of the tag.

Next open the tag of your choosing, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer, moving it to the upper right. Add a bow of choice to the top of it.

Then open the string bow you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left, duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Move it down where you like it on the right side.

Add your tube of choice, adjusting and moving where you like. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassin blur set at 3.00 Change the blend mode to overlay and merge down.

Now add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Add a new raster layer, flood fill with your choice of paper and add your mask. Merge the group.

Then open the flower of your choosing. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas. Use your plug in, muera meister copies on the encircle option. Set it at the shift x and y at 80 and any number of flowers you like. Move this layer below the circle template layer and adjust as you need to.

Open your tube of choice then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right of the rectangle layer. Adjust where you like it alright. Duplicate it and go to adjust, blur, guassin blur set to 3.00. On the top layer, change blend mode to soft light and merge down. Now change the blend mode to luminance (legacy). Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

On the big rectangle layer, go to selections, select all, selections float then defloat. Then go to selections, invert. On your tube layers, hit the delete key. Go to selections none.

Open one of the ribbon’s with the bow on the end. Resize it then rotate it to the right. Copy and paste as a new layer to the top of the rectangle on the right, so the bow is facing out. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the stitching and resize. Copy and paste as a new layer, move to the bottom of the rectangle layer. Adjust as needed.

Then open the star clip, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it at an angle towards the middle of the rectangle on the left side. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next go back to your tube then copy and paste as a new layer to the center. Resize and adjust where you want it. We need it in there now so we can make sure we’re centering everything right.

Open the safety pin bow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the tube layer to the left of it slightly. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Then open the label, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right of the tag, angling as needed. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Next open the star wand, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the tag, placing it where you like it. You will need to adjust it in a few minutes when we add another element. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Now open the other ribbon with bow, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed. Move the wands under the ribbons adjusting as needed.

Add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done.

Simple Sticker Tut (No Scraps)

I was working on a tag earlier and decided to do something funky that I haven't done in a long time and made a sticker out of a name. A lot of people don't know how to do this, so I thought, what the heck? LOL In this tut you will learn how to make a sticker.

**This tutorial was created by me on 2/28/10 and the concept is my own. Any resmemblance to any other tutorial is by pure coincidence.

Let's get going!

No plug ins needed!

Open a new transparent canvas layer of 500x500, we can always crop when we're done.

Choose what ever font you like, personally I like script-fancy fonts lol. For this I used MeaCulpa with font size set at 24. Choose your color you want. I used a bright color to really show it off, but your welcome to use a gradient glow or even a pattern. Type out the name you want to use and click ok. Convert this layer to a raster layer then go to edit, cut then edit, paste as new layer. This centers it back in to the canvas evenly. It drives me nuts if it's not done this way lol.

Next we're going to add an inner bevel. Go to effects, 3d effects, inner bevel. I used these settings:

I chose to keep the color setting on a gray, only because if I change it to white, it distorts the color. You can change it to whatever color you like.

Now go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. You should see dancing ants around the font. Go to selections, modify, expand by 4. This should give you a bit of a room around it to make it look like a decent sticker.

Add a new raster layer and move this below the font layer. Using your flood fill tool, flood fill with your choice of color. I chose white just as a default example. When satisfied, go to selections, none.

On the sticker layer, go to adjust, add/remove noise, add noise. These are the settings I used:

Now go back to the font layer, add a drop shadow you like. Make any adjustments you need to. If your satisfied with what you have done, crop and save it as a .png!

Then open the cloud you like and sun. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper right of the tag, overlapping them.

Now open the tree, the stick tree. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the template. Adjust as needed.

Next open the grass. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Make sure this is the top layer and move it to the bottom of the canvas. Adjust as needed.

Open the strawberry flower bunch. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer moving it to the right of the tag.

Now open the heart tree, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag towards the bottom.

Then open the little girl you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move her to the right of the heart tree. Add a little boy to the right of her after resizing.

Next open the heart cluster, resize then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the template.

Open the other little girl, resize then copy and paste so that it sits in the upper left hand square. Add the other boy one to the opposite side of it.

Then open the butterfly, bee and lady bug. Copy and paste them after resizing where you like it

Now open the heart dangle charm, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper center of the template.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings.

Next open the star trail, add a gradient glow to it. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right of the canvas and make sure it’s just above the circle layer also.

Now open the guitar of your choosing. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Angle it the way you like it and move it to the upper right of the tag, just above the star layer.

Open the button frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it at an angle below the rectangle layers. Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify, expand and add a new layer. Flood fill with your choice of paper. Go to selections, none. Move this layer below the frame layer.

Next open the flame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left a bit of the rectangle layers. Make sure this is at the top of the layers Angle it to the left a bit, then duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Then open the microphone and cassette. Resize them then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the tag, place them overlapping where you like them.

Now open the speaker. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag. Angle it just a bit. Add the drum set to the left of that just a bit.

Add the skull and crossbones after resizing to the upper right hand corner of the rectangles.

Open the ball and change. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the rectangles.

Next open your tube of choice. Resize it as needed then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it into the center of the tag where you like. Duplicate it then on the top layer go to blur, guassin blur and change the blur to 3.00. Change the blend mode on the layer’s palette to overlay. Merge down. Now dulicate it again and on the bottom layer use your plug in, penta dot and cross on whatever setting you like. On the top tube layer, change your opacity to 50.

Now open your winged tag. Resize and add your glow of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom of the tag, centering as you like it.

Add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Well I figured it was time to go back and clean up the blog. After a year of tut's and designing, it got a bit messy in here! lol I'm double checking links, updating as needed and removing old defunct tuts where I can't find the designer because the store closed or they moved, YOu will see some things moved around, please bare with me!

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++Scrap kit Just My Luck by Designs by Tishia can be purchased from HERE

++Template 101 by Ali can be found HERE

++Tube of choice or the one I used. I used the artwork Suzanne Wolcott. You must have a valid license in order to use her work. You can purchase her work from HERE

++Font and mask of choice

++Plug ins:
-Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

**NOTES:
-Add Drop shadow of choice as you go
-You can merger layers as you want to make things easier for yourself.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Add a gradient glow of your choosing. Repeat this process for the rest of the template.

Then open the clover border. Resize and free rotate to the left. Copy and paste as a new layer, moving it below the rectangles layers.

Now open the tag, resize then copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame layer, off to the left a bit. Add the criss cross stitching so it overlaps the tag and the frame slightly. Giving it that look like its been stitched on there.

Open the large toadstool, reseize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the tag. Add two of the smaller ones, one in front and one behind it.

Then open the bear, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the top of the large toadstool. Make it look like he is sitting on top of it.

Pick one of the shamrocks you like, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the large toadstool.

Now open two flowers you like, resize then copy and paste as new layers towards the bottom of the toad stools.

Add a bow to one of the ends of rectangles. Then another to the bottom tag.

Add your texts, copyrights, tagger markings and license numbers. Save and your done!

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your choice of mask and merge group. Move this layer below your template layers.

Then open the shamrock splatter, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the canvas. Move it down below the template layers. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror and then image, flip.

Now open the ribbon with hats on it, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Arrange it to the bottom left of the templates, we’re going to make a square out of it. Also make sure its below the template layers. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Open the iron braid, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to below the template layers, to the right, at the end of the ribbon. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Now open the gold coins, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the large circle layer, arrange it to the upper right of the tag. Add a bow to the top right.

Next open the glitter shamrock paper clip, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the tag. Move it below the circle layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip. Add the yellow flower of your choice to the middle of the shamrocks.

Then open the pot of gold with the rainbow. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag.

Add your text, copyrights, tagger markings and licensing info.

Save and your done!

Add a new raster layer and move it to the bottom of the layers palette. Flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your mask of choice and merge group.

Then open the criss cross sticks, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move all the way down just above the mask layers.

Open the ivy, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the right of the square. Duplicate it and go to image mirror.

Next open the rose blossom, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of the ivy stem on the right. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Then open the small blue blossom. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to where you like on the right side. Duplicate and move it to where you want it on the left side. Do the same with a bow of your choosing.

Now open the heart dangle with bow you like. Copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right triangle layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open your tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Add the gradient glow of your choosing. Center into your canvas.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open two of your tubes, crop and resize. Copy and paste the first one as a new layer, moving it over to the left hand circle layer at the bottom. Duplicate the tube, go to adjust, blur, guassin blur at the setting of 3.00. While still active on this layer change your blend mode (above your layers palette) to overlay. Now merge down. Merging down just merges it down one layer. Nowyou’re your plug in, Penta>Jeans on the setting you like. Change the opacity to 75.Adjust the tube with in the circle layer the way you like it. Then go to the circle layer and go to selections, select all, selections, float then selections, defloat. Go to selections, invert. Go back to the tube layer, and hit the delete key. Then go to selections, none.

Repeat this for the other tube and other circle layer.

Now open the glitter splats. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer towards the top right of the tag. Move it below the top circle glitter layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip.

Then open your last tube, resize and crop as needed. Copy and paste the first one as a new layer, moving it over to the center circle layer. Duplicate the tube, go to adjust, blur, guassin blur at the setting of 3.00. While still active on this layer change your blend mode (above your layers palette) to overlay. Now merge down. Merging down just merges it down one layer. Now you’re your plug in, Penta>dots and cross on the setting you like. Change the opacity to 75. Adjust the tube with in the circle layer the way you like it. Then go to the circle layer and go to selections, select all, selections, float then selections, defloat. Go to selections, invert.

Now open the steel spikes, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust it as needed.

Next open the castle , resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom center of the tag. Adjust as needed. Add the voodoo doll after resizing to the upper right of it.

Open the candeles with roses, resize then copy and paste as a new layer, moving it to the right of the castle. Add the bauganvilla flower below this layer to the right of it. Along with the sachet bag.

Then open the devil horns frame, resize then copy and paste to the left of the castle. Move it below the castle layer.

Add the winged hearts just low that but above the castle. Angle it the way you like. Add the blood flower to the left of that.

Open the silver cross, resize then copy and paste as a new layer over the web layer. Adjust as needed. Add the butterfly to the upper left corner.

Open the skull with the crown, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Angle it and move to over by the web.

Then open the crown, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it and angle it so it sits sideways on the circle.

Add two screws on the edges of the circle layers.

Finally add your text, copyrights and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open the rose cluster, resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the tag. Move it below the heart layers, but above the large rectangle layer on the bottom. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Then duplicate it once more, go to image, flip. One more duplication then go to image, mirror.

Then open the flower clip, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left between the two rose clusters. Duplicate it then go to image, mirror.

Next open your tube of choice. Copy and paste it as a new layer and duplicate it four times. Close off all but one. BTW you want these above the heart layers. Adjust and resize to a smaller size. Move one over the top of the heart on top. Go to the heart layer, go to selections, select all then selections, defloat. Now go to selections, modify and contract. Contract to what you wan it to be then go to selections, invert. On the tube layer, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none. Now with the remaining two tubes, do the same thing, putting which ever parts of the tube you want in the hearts.

On the last tube, resize it then move it so its below the small rectangle layer. Place it in the center of the canvas as much as you can.

Open the boom box, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to below the tube layer, angling it to the right and also make sure its on the right.

Then open the rainbow, resizing then copy and paste it as a new layer angling to the left. Move it below the tube layer and adjust it as you like.

Now open the butterfly brad and the small blossom. Resize them then copy and paste as new layers where you like around the tag. Duplicate them and move where ever else you like.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings.

Next open the candelabra. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right side of the frame towards the outer part. Add the piano next, towards the bottom of the frame.

Now open the gem ribbon, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer at the top of the frame. Adjust it so it looks like its hanging over.

Open the couch, resize it then copy and paste into the center of the “room”. Add a callalily bouquet behind it.

Then open your tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer off to the left of the couch a bit. Behind it add the sachet bag. In front of it add the sachet bag.

Now open the pillow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it so it looks like its sitting on the couch.

Next open the drapery, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left of the frame and adjust as needed.

Open the rose cluster. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left corner of the frame. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Add the clock to the center of the “room” towards the top.

Finally add your text, copyrights any necessary licensing info and tagger markings.

Save and your done!

Now open two of the guitars you like. Resize, copy and paste as new layers. Arrange them to the upper right of the canvas, angling as you like.

Next open the beaded twirl you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom, just above the mask layer. You want it to be at the bottom left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then image, flip. Adjust as needed.

Now open the speaker and amp. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right side of the canvas. Angle as you like and adjust.

Open the disco ball. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left of the tag. Add the microphone to the center of the left hand rectangle.

Then open your tube of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it above the star frame layer. Duplicate it and move one layer below the frame. On the top tube layer, erase the parts of the tube you don’t want seen outside the frame. On the bottom layer erase the excess also.

Next open the drum set. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the left hand rectangle layer. Adjust as needed. Add the skull and crossbones to the center of the big drum. Angle it as you like.

Now open the tag you like, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Make it look like its hooked around the star frame layer.

Add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings.

Save and your done!

Now open the tied ribbon element. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move at an angle to the right under the frame layer. Erase the parts outside of the frame you don’t want showing.

Open your tube of your choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left of the tag.

Open the rose of your choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer to the right side of the frame towards the top. Duplicate it several times and space it out on the side. Add the quilted heart you like in between the roses.

Add several roses to the bottom of the frame, spaced out as you like.

Finally add your text, copyrights and license info. Save and your done!

Then open the rose of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the right side of the tag, below the circle template layer. Arrange it so its between the ivy. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the rainbow, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left corner of the tag. Arrange as you like it.

Next open the rose vine, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the circle template layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Duplicate it then go to image, flip. Duplicate one more time and go to image, mirror.

Now open the tube of choice. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the small circle layers. Add the closed rose buds of your choosing at an angle below the tube layer. Make sure that you keep the watermark for the tube in tact if you choose to use the one from the kit.

Then open the sun layer. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the circle’s layer also below the tube layer.

Open the fuchsia of your choosing. Resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the top of the small circle layer. Add the other two to the other circles.

Finally add your text, copyrights and necessary license numbers. Add your tagger markings, save and your done!

Feeling Lucky (FTU)

This tutorial was written on February 16, 2010 Shani aka Wicked Princess. The concept of the tag is mine and mine alone. Any resemblance to any other tag/tut is pure coincidence. This was written for those with working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)

++Scrap kit Gina of Kikeka kits called Feeling Lucky can be found HERE

++Template 154 by Ali can be found HERE

++Tube of choice or the one I used. I used the posers included in the kit. Please credit the poser maker, Dark Moon’s creation.

++Plug ins:
-Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

++Font and Mask of choice

**NOTES:
-Add Drop shadow of choice as you go
-You can merger layers as you want to make things easier for yourself.

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.

Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Add a gradient glow of your choice. Repeat this process for the rest of the template.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your choice of mask and merge group. Move this layer below your template layers.

Now open the clover leaf frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer, moving it blow all layers but above the circle layer.

Open the bougainvillea flower, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left portion of the tag. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Then open the horseshoe, hat and mug. Resize then copy and paste as new layers. Arrange them in the left side template rectangle as you like.

Now open the tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the right side rectangle. Add the pot of gold to the center of the rectangles, above both the clip art layers and poser layer.

Next open the ivy branches, resize then copy and paste as new layer. Move to the left of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Open the feeling lucky word art, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of the template layer.

Next open the flower bouquet of your choice. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the left side of the tag then duplicate it. Go to image, mirror and adjust as needed.

Then open the butterfly of choice, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to where ever you like in the tag. Duplicate it and do the same.

Now open the tag of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom lower corner of the tag as you like.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license number if needed and tagger markings.

Save and your done!

Red Rover, Red Rover (FTU)

Open the blue glitter splat. Resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the frame layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed. Using your magic wand tool click inside the frame layer. Go to selections modify, expand by 10. Then go to selections, invert. On the splat layers, hit the delete button.

We’re going to create a scene with in the frame.

Then open the tree, resize and copy and paste as a new layer to the right side, under the frame. Erase the parts seen outside of the frame.

Now open up the house, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the center bottom of the frame layer. Add the grass to the bottom of the house. Duplicate the grass and move down at the bottom of the rectangle layer.

Copy and paste the fence after resizing below the house layer. Add a bee above the fence.

Next open the ivy, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it and move one on the left side of the frame layer and the other on the other side.

Open the flower bouquet. Resize as needed then copy and paste as a new layer to the left and bottom of the frame layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.

Then open the bows of choice, resize them then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate them and move them accordingly between the circle layers.

Now open the bush, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer to the left and right of the bottom grass layer. Adjust as needed.

Next add the children playing red rover to the bottom above the bush layer. Resize and adjust as needed.

Open the sun, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper right of the tag. Add the rainbow and cloud of your choice next to the sun layer. Move them below the layer.

Finally add your text, copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!

Open up the star cluster, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the circle background layer and at the upper right of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, flip.

Then open up the flower, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the upper left of the canvas, below the circle background layer. Duplicate it and move a little bit further down of the other one. Duplicate it one more time and do the same thing.

Now open up the bed, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move below the circle frame layer. Erase the parts of the bed you don’t want seen outside the frame.

Now open up the sheep, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left of the frame layer. Add a moon to the opposite side.

Open the button of your choosing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Duplicate it several times and move around the circle layer as you like.

Then open the button with the tooth fairy on it. Resize it then move it to the upper right of the template, where the rectangles are.

Next open your tube of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the center of the circle layer. Adjust as needed.

Add the tooth fairy pillow and move it to the bottom right of the canvas, angle as you like.

Finally add your text, copyright, tagger markings and license info. Save and your done!

Supplies Needed:

++Scrap kit by Julia Designs called Fairytale can be found HERE

++Two tubes of choice, or the ones I used. I used the work of Suzanne Wolcott. You can find her work at HERE

++Font of choice

**NOTES:
-Add Drop shadow of choice as you go
-You can merger layers as you want to make things easier for yourself.

Open a canvas of 600x600 and flood fill with your choice of paper.

Then open the see through flower trail, resize as needed then copy and paste as a new layer to the upper left corner of the canvas. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror then go to image flip. Adjust as needed.

Now open the ruffle frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust it and move where you like in the center of the canvas. Using your magic wand tool and click in inside the frame. Go to selections, modify and then expand by 10. Add a raster layer, and move below the frame layer. Flood fill with your choice of paper. Go to selections, none.

Open the bling rain, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it below the frame layer, adjust as needed. Erase the parts you don’t want seen outside the frame layer.

Next open the wooden bridge, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer into the center of the canvas. Your going to adjust it so it looks like the part at the top that is fading out is going into the frame.

Then open up the clouds, the see through ones and resize. Copy and paste as a new layer, move it below the frame layer to the left. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror. Adjust as needed.

Now open the vine, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it into the upper left hand corner of the frame. Adjust as needed. Then duplicate it then go to image, mirror then duplicate it again. Go to image, flip then one more time duplicate and go to image, mirror. Add the toothpick with bow’s and leaves to the upper left hand corner.

Open the swing, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper left hand corner of the tag.

Then open the ladder frame, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom right hand corner. Add a few flowers to it as you like.

I used a tube by Suzanne Wolcott where the girl is riding a rabbit (maybe lol) with a moon behind her. I put that one in the upper right hand corner of the frame.

Now open your other tube, resize it then copy and paste it as a new layer and move where you like it on the bridge.

Finally add your copyrights, license info and tagger markings. Save and your done!
