I Adore You PTU
I Adore You
This tutorial was written on October 12, 2009 by Shani aka Wicked Princess. The concept of the tag is mine and mine alone. Any resemblance to any other tag/tut is pure coincidence. This was written for those with working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
++Paint Shop Pro ( I used 10 but any version should work)
++Scrap kit by Gemini Creationz called Adoration can be found HERE
++Template 55 by Ali can be found HERE
++Tube of choice or the one I used. I used the tube out of the kit.
++Plug ins:
-muera meister copies
++Mask and font of choice.
**NOTES:
-Add Drop shadow of choice as you go
-You can merger layers as you want to make things easier for yourself.
Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.
Open several papers of choice, resizing as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I’ve opened (say like paper 2) it tells me what percentage I’m viewing it at. For me it’s usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you’ve done this, minimize for later use.
Next go to the bottom template layer and go to selections, select all, then float, selections defloat. Don’t forget to go to selections, none then delete the template layer. Repeat this process for the rest of the template.**NOTE I increased the canvas size by going to image, canvas size and changed it to 600x600.
Add a new raster layer and send it to the bottom. Flood fill with your choice of paper. Add your mask and merge group.
Open the glitter doodle, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the bottom left of the tag and duplicate it. Go to image, mirror and adjust it as needed.
Next open a flower of choice, resize it. Copy and paste as a new layer and use your plug in muera meister copies. Use the encircle option and set the shift x and y to 70.
Then open the rose with long stems that you like. Erase a good portion of the bottom stem of the rose. Copy and paste it, and move it up to the uppers left hand side below the top circle layer. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.
Open the glitter doodle flowers. Resize as needed then copy and paste as a new layer to the left hand side below the frame background later. Duplicate it and go to image, mirror.
Next open your tube of choice, resize it and crop as needed. Copy and paste it as a new layer, below the frame layer. Duplicate it and go to image mirror. You should have two now towards the outer sides of the frame. Use your magic wand tool and click inside the frame. Go to selections, modify and expand by 3. Go to selections, invert and on your tube layers, hit the delete key. Go to selections, none.
Now open the book, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer below the frame layer.
Open the note pad, resize then copy and paste as a new layer. Angle it to the left and move to the left side at the corner of the frame. Add the bow of choice to the top of the note pad.
Then open the ribbon border of choice, resize it then copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom of the frame layer. Add a rose on either side of it and a butterfly in the center.
Open the heart tag, resize and then copy and paste as a new layer. Move it to the upper part of the tag above the frame. Add a bow of choice to the center of the loop.
Open the three sets of flower petals. Copy and paste them on top of each other. Resize them so they look as though they are layer. Then open the glitter splat you like. Copy and paste as a new layer, moving to just above the center layer. On the middle flower layer go to selections, select all then selections, float then defloat. Modify and contract by 5. Then go to selections, invert and on the glitter layer hit the delete layer. Don’t forget to go to selections, none. Add a gem to the center of the flower then merge the visible. Copy and paste the flower after resizing it into your canvas. And move to either side of the frame.
Add your text, copyrights and tagger info.
Save and your done.
Thank you for trying my tutorial.
